Hi, I'm Rollie! I'm 62 years young, and this pandemic, I am proudly sharing with you my signature secret recipe since the 90's — Rollie's Original Charcoal-Grilled BBQ Chicken. 🍗 It took a pandemic for me to slow down and find my truest passions. I found time for myself again, and revisited my hobbies: became a plantito, my love for koi, and of course cooking 🥘 — my family loved it a whole lot and it brought about a lot of dinner memories , so this is me sharing that experience with you.
